continue to dominate bobsleigh World Cups. Hamilton wins right to
be Canada's bid city for 2010 Commonwealth Games.

women make top 15 in alpine World Cup. Wotherspoon wins two gold,
Le May Doan wins bronze in spped skating World Cup. Canadian swimmers
bring home hardware from US. Silver medal for Canadian freestyler
in World Cup. 10 medals including relay gold for short trackers
in World Cup. Jr. and Sr. cross country skiiers excelling in early
season. Canadian skeleton women sweep World Cup medal podium, men
claim 3rd, 4th, 5th.
